First Node of Tour Black in VR Mode

I just did this tour of a local store: https://burgh360.com/BBB_Tour/

When I load the tour and go into VR mode on either my Oculus Go or Google Cardboard, the first node is always black. I can see the hotspots and go to the second node, and it loads fine. If I go back to the first, it then also loads fine. I'm just using the default browser in the Oculus go, and chrome or safari work the same with cardboard.

Any idea why this would be happening?

I tried with Samsung Internet, Edge, Mozila and Chrome and can comfirm the issue. Maybe the issue is related to the video file (R0010616.MP4) ? (corrupted or...?)

Hi,
I just tried downloading the video and playing it, the error console it says it's broke!
Can you try without the video and see if it works.
