Good afternoon,

I am quite new to the software but have been reading through the forums for more information, but can't seem to put my finger on it!

We bought 2 x Pano2VR Pro licences, this was to be used in conjunction with the cameras below, to create panoramic, VR Tours - all incorporated into a google street view.

1. Humaneyes Vuze
2. Humaneyes Vuze XR
3. KanDao QooCam
4. KANDA Obsidian Type R

We captured data using the Vuze XR, and using the Pano2VR software created/exported a HTML5 file (attachment shows the files).

However, when i am trying to view this, all i get is a screen with "loading" that doesn't move? i have been clicking the html file?

Any ideas where i am going wrong with this?

Any help is appreciated,

Thank you,

Jamie

Hi JSpence,
Due to browser security, also know as local file restrictions, the panorama can not be open directly from the output folder.
Your options are upload to a server/website so the files are no longer local.
Use our free desktop app, Package Viewer: https://ggnome.com/ggpkgviewer
This can open a Garden Gnome Package (GGPKG) or the output folder. This is free to use and we are happy for you to share the download link to your customers.

Or you can modify the browser to display the output, but of course, this will only work with your browser.
Please see this post with regards to modifying the browser: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=13873&p=59214#p58165
Regards,
Hopki
