Hello forum,

I'm new to this site and I'm starting to create virtual tours, my english is really bad but Google Translate is my best friend :P . I currently have the free version and practice before purchasing the license.

The question is: how do I save my virtual tour locally, for example to send it to a friend?

Thank you for your help.

Alain.

Hi Alain,
Browsers will not allow local content to play.
Your options are:
• Download our free desktop App: https://ggnome.com/ggpkgviewer
This will allow you to drop in the output folder or if you create a package just double click this single file to open it.
Note by default a package will open with Pano2VR. The free Desktop App is for your customers. Just send then the download link from the linked page above.

• Adjust the browser to work, for Firefox and Safari please see: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=13873&p=59214#p58165

Hello Hopki,

Does that mean I can't save all of this on my PC and send the video to my clients? I work with Filmora 9 once my project is finished I save it in mp4 format then I post the video to the client.
Watch EX for what it looks like on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9W8ZxKvLnUM
Thank you for your help.

Hi Alain,
Video??

Pano2VR exports an HTML5 output.
If your using Pano2VR to create animations then this will create mp4 files.

It would make it easier to know what you export from Pano2VR.

Hopki
