We'd like to overlay a ghosted image with alpha (over an existing panorama) via an on/off button ...Think an exterior of a house within a panorama image, but having the ability to turn on an off lines via a button to show dimensions or maximum size.

Any ideas how this can be achieved?

Hi,
You could use polygon hotspots.
You can use actions to show and hide them.
You can also have them in different colours.
Or...
Extract a patch, edit it to show your lines etc. Then use the Convert to image or hotspot feature.
Check out the documentation https://ggnome.com/doc/pano2vr/6/tip-3d-distort-image/
