floatover image upon mouseover of URL hotspot

Hi, first time post!
I'm developing an urban skyline panorama which has a number of churches which I have created URL hotspots for. I was wondering if there is a way to have an image of the church pop up as a floatover image upon mouseover, but still allow the user to click on the hotspot to open another URL.
I haven't seen any way to bring up an image, though I have seen the "play media" action.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Using the skins "hotspot template" feature would be the way to get what you are looking for.
