Hi,
I've created a test tour to check out the features and am experiencing an issue with video overlays on TV's when viewed on mobile. The pinned videos display correctly when viewed on desktop but it looks to be a scaling issue when using a smaller mobile screen. The video looks to be scaling to 4:3 aspect ration when viewed head-on, but 'wipes' across to the correct size when the view is rotated.
Browsers used: Chrome, Brave (mobile)
Pano2VR
Version: 6.1.1 pro 64bit
Revision: 17856/5.12.2
I searched the forum to see if there was a ticket for this already but did not find one, so my apologies if this has already been raised. I've created a video showing the issue here: https://nexusphotography.co.uk/tours/se ... _issue.mp4
If anyone else has experienced this or is able to replicate and fix please let me know.
Many thanks

That's strange. I am currently working on a tour and have embedded videos into T.V. screen but am not having the same issue. Can you upload the test tour so that we can poke around?

Hi,
Really appreciate you getting back to me. I've zipped up the output folder for this tour, you can download it here: https://nexusphotography.co.uk/tours/output.zip
Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi Wil,
I downloaded your project and it looks fine on iPhone, tested with Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
Can you list which phones and OS you have tested with?
Regards,
Hopki

Hi Hopki,
I'm using a OnePlus 5 mobile and have tested on both Chrome and Brave browsers, the issue occurs on both. I haven't had any issue on desktop.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Kind regards
Wil

Hi Hopki,
Were you able to replicate this in the end? Any suggestions as to what may be causing it?
Many thanks

Re: Video overlay on TV's display issue on mobile
Hi Wil,
I have managed to reproduce the issue using your output.
I have tested with iOS and it seems fine with Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
On Android, Pixel 3 with the latest updates I only see the issue in Chrome, Firefox is ok.
However when I make a project to try and reproduce the problem I can not.
Can you send me the compleat project including the panoramas and video?
I want to be able to build the project in the office and see things like pan angles and position etc.
/// EDIT ///
I managed to look at your project and find the pinned video settings, after this I managed to reproduce the issue.
It only happens at certain pan angles.
Regards,
Hopki
