Hi,
I just completed a new tour for a company and sent them the tour. They asked me to make a couple of changes which I did and when I texted them the new tour I was presented with this black screen. See attached screen shot:
Also, I just upgraded to the newest version this morning: (could this be related?)
Panoramic Image Converter
Version: 6.1.1 pro 64bit Cocoa
Revision: 17856/5.12.2
Build date: Oct 23 2019, 13:16:54

This is the tour url: https://360niche.com/tours/greener-day- ... vtour.html
Thanks!
Jeff

Hi Hopki,
When I copy the link to Facebook or as a text, I only see the black screen as the preview.

Hi Jeff,
Please do the following.
Make your tour as normal.
Then under the HTML, change the window to 1200 x 630px.
Then select the edit template button and select File for external embedding.
Then click the create output button.
In the output folder, make sure you see a proper image as the preview.jpg.
Upload to your server and you should see it.
The web page is showing the preview.jpg image so I can only guess that the preview image is broken.

Hopki
