Tour is not loaded in mobile device

Hi
My recent Tour is working well on website when using computer, but it doesn’t work with mobile devices! When I tried to click on play bottom to load the Tour in my IPhone, it gives an error message that:
This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred (in safari)
The webpage is not available ( in chrome)
And after reloading again it doesn’t work.
But with computer and other internet explorer programs on windows it works well!
I will appreciate your help .
