Hi,

So I was totally excited with the new release today of 6.1.0 but the same problem I shared before is present. Please Help! I have created 2 support files but can not attach them here because they are too large, so I sent them to support@ggnome.com using WeTransfer.

The fundamental problem is that I am using a Mac with OS Sierra 10.12.6 and Safari Version 12.1.2 (12607.3.10) and when I create a new project using ver: 6.0.5 I can use the integrated web server to preview my images, and have no issues publishing them. However each new version (beta) included, I get a crash report from Safari. I posted these issue in a previous forum post but the issue was not remedied.

There must be some setting that I am missing, however I can not find it.

Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, your'e my only help!

Hi,
Moved this topic to the correct forum.
Can you post your Web server settings as found in the properties?
Also a screenshot of the webserver.
Regards,
Hopki

Hi Hopki,

Sorry for the wrong placement, eek.

Here are the two screenshots from the preferences tab and the web server screenshots from each version.

Thanks!

Jeff

And if this helps... I have loaded the project into 6.0.5 and 6.1.0 and have captured the integrated web servers screen shots:

Thanks!

Good morning from Arizona,

Just seeing if anything has been discovered with the IWS? I'm building a large tour in ver 6.0.5 and the IWS is working perfectly, but would really like to use the latest version with all the new goodies.

Cheers,

Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Yes, you need to deselect Only Local Host looking at this screenshot.

With this selected it means only this computer can see the output, deselect it and then any device on the same network will see it.
If you look your IP address starts with http://172...

When you deselect this, click Restart Server.
The address should change to http://192...
Then your good to go.

Hopki

Hi Hopki,

I really hoped it was that simple, but still no luck. Plus the IWS settings are the same in ver. 6.5.0 and it works fine, but here are my settings as you recommended, see screen shots.

So any other thoughts?

Best,

Jeff

Hi,
As a thought, open the webserver, Tools => Integrated Webserver and copy the blue IP address.
Now paste it into a different browser, does it open?
Also, check that you dop not have any firewalls, browser plugins at can block Pano2VR from opening the output.
