smooth navigation with Gear VR headset?

we did a very simple "one node tour" with the default simplex_v6 skin.

i noticed that there are some stutters/delays with the gear VR headset + galaxy s7 edge if you look around.

the .jpg of the panorama (3000x1500) has only ~0.5mb. so i guess the size shouldn't be the problem.

i also tried to add the multi-res levels (3000 - 1500 - 750 - 375) manually, but this didn't solve the issue.

the tour was built with the latest beta verion. (6.1 beta3b pro 64bit)

.jpg Image size should be say... 6000 x 3000 px and maybe 8 mb when using multi-res 3000 - 1500 - 750 using 375. That should create a sharper panorama.

Auto-rotation = try .07 speed as the default rotates to fast.

the quality of the pano is not the problem. actually i resized the picture from 6000x3000 (~10mb) to 3000x1500 to see if it is still jerky when looking around. the problem is only with gear vr in VR mode.

Did you had a look at the Tour with the Gear VR Headset?

It appears that over time and evolution of Pano2vr..... setting the panorama rotation speed has been moved to a different interface location. I tried adding a skin toolbar button series .... then looked for modifying the rotation speed and could not find it today.

DISCOUNT this advice until later.
"did you slow the rotation down to .07 means rotates to Right at .07 not the faster default rotation speed ? Yes please use the larger image dimension image."
