Audio software and settings for sound in P2VR

Hello, all, I use sound in some of my tours and when viewed on iPhones/ipads the sound breaks and stutters. I use Adobe Audition to work on my sound and export. I wanted to find out if there's ann alternative anyone here uses and the optimal settings for sound.
