Patches Not Being Applied

This is a new one for me. I am in the process of removing some Nike signage from a few nodes and for some reason, the patches I create can be seen in the Pano2vr viewer but once the tour is built, the patches are not being applied.

Here is a short vid showing what's going on:

I have tried:
  • restarting my computer
  • changing path of patch
  • recreating patch
Nothing is working.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

AHA!

Figured it out....actually my wife made the suggestion and she was right :-)

There is the video that is covering the patch :-)

So I guess the next question would be, is there a way to make sure that the patch is on top of the video aside from having to create a hotspot template?

Thanks!

Hi,
Hummmm, I can not say I understand.
If you want a patch to cover the video, what not remove the video?
You can also hide the video with a config loaded, media source and visible.

Hopki

Hi Hopki,

The reason for the patch over a small part of the video is that there is a Nike sign on the top right part of the video. So instead of having to open the video up and edit the Nike sign out, I would rather just throw a patch over it :-)

Hi,
If you hide the video the patch will show 🤘
