Hi Hopki!

Just realized after about a month.....that this is still an issue for me. If I:
  • 1. add a pinned video regardless if it's a new name or not
  • 2. nothing happens
  • 3. no pop-up, no add preview, no clicking on items in list view to get it to work
Here is a video showing what's going on.....or rather, not going on  :D

Thanks!

Hi,
I asked one of the developers to look into the code.
The reason for this is for me it works every time and I am not seeing any other reports of this.
The only time a preview image will NOT be generated is if:

1) It has been generated in the past
2) FFmpeg is not installed correctly or there is a problem with the FFMpeg exe.

All I can suggest is download a new build of FFMpeg for Windows.
I put FFMpeg in my program folder as I am less likely to accecdently remove it from there.
Then point Pano2VR towards it.

Let me know how you get on.
Regards,
Hopki

HOPKI!!! That was it!! HAHA!

I ran out of space with my laptop that only has 4TB of space so bought a NAS and transferred all of my virtual tour files over to it and I had also moved the FFMpeg folder as well!

After moving it back to C: drive and pointing Pano2vr to it.....voila! I have preview images again :D

Thanks so much for that and sorry for the confusion!

You my friend are an EXCELLENT troubleshooter!
