I want to use Pano2VR for a TYPO3 Website, but the Admin told me it is not possible/allowed to implement HTML Code. Is there another way of exporting for TYPO3? Unfortunately I don't know a lot about web stuff. I would appreciate any help!

Ask the Admin if you can use an iframe?
If so then host the tour elsewhere then use an iframe in your TYP03 website.
