Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with hosting tours on Microsoft Office 365 hosted SharePoint? I've been using Pano2vr to build virtual tours for aircraft cabin crew training, but hosting them is causing issues since we need to have them hosted in a secure location. I'd like to use
SharePoint, and I have a couple tours hosted and working right on SharePoint, but they only have a couple tour nodes and no interactivity. I'm currently building tours that have more interactive options, with tour maps, video popups, image popups and 3D image distortions, but unfortunately the tours now do not display and function properly on SharePoint (although they work great on a regular web server), so somehow the SharePoint platform is interfering with the additional popup and image map components. Has anyone run into this issue before and know if there is anything I could do to get the tours working properly on SharePoint? Thanks for your help!!

Hi Pam,

I've never used SharePoint let alone tried to host a Pano2VR tour however a quick search on Google shows that content considered "unsafe" can be removed by the server. I found a video, 'Start using Javascript in SharePoint', that may be helpful and shine some light on the issue.

You can find the video on YouTube; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9WHroEFO7g

I'm experiencing a similar issue with someone trying to run a tour on Citrix which does the same thing.

Good luck,

cheers,

Tony
