Help!
I have added a gallery component. I have copied an image hotspot button on reconfigured it to open and close the gallery.
I renamed and placed the photos in a file named gallery as instructed and added this to the output folder. When I output to the local server everything is working fine. Unfortunately, after I upload the output file to AWS for hosting everything works fine except the Gallery. It is opening, the screen tint is there but no photos are visible. All files have been uploaded and are the correct size, what have I done wrong??
Thanks

Engine control room three pano ( look back from opening pano) Then the Oil Record book should open a gallery with four photos. Made with Version 6.1 beta2 as testing Webvr possibilities as well. Thanks in advance for your help with this

Hi,
I am seeing a 403 Forbidden or Access Denied.
You can see this using a browser error console, this link is old but still useful.
Please see: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/la ... orCodeList

Are the images in the same bucket?

Regards,
Hopki

Hi,

When I browse to the image https://360vrtest.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaw ... img_00.jpg I get the error message:

<Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access Denied</Message>
<RequestId>8629B54FB9D7DA4C</RequestId>
<HostId>

</HostId>
</Error>

This usually indicates that you dont have the right permissions set on this folder. Easiest way to do it is to go to the folder MTTest. Click the checkbox to the left of the folder name, select 'Make Public' from the 'Options' dropdown and follow the prompt.

Thanks, Guys
I think I know what I have done. I believe you are right it is the AWS permissions causing the problem as I keep uploading bits to test as I go along and did not update the permission for the gallery folder.
The other problem I located thanks to Martins advice about using the console manager was that I hadn't named the Images .jpg when it automatically added the file type it used upper case .JPG which of course the program could not find

Thanks to everyone for your help with this
