hi
I have received one file .mov, that I think was created in 3D-Max, but when I try load it in Pano2VR the result is a pure black screen, my intention is convert it to cube faces for get a ligther file, the original file is too heavy.
I have been trying to export in Quick Time Pro with different compression, but I could not get it.
Im using Pano2VR 2.3.4 version 64bits win7.
this is the file http://www.ciudadcubica.com/VistaPatio.rar
Thanks in advance

The images embedded in this Quicktime movie are not .jpg's
I don't know what they are? But you should if it is your file.

Pano2VR cannot extract them, Pure Player cannot extract them.
That leaves Quicktime Pro and knowledge on what the original input files are.

Because the file is HUGE it points the the images being .tif or .png or some freaky MAC image option.
Maybe they are still in one or the 3DMax image options?

Keep trying different export image options.

The file is not mine, but i must work with it.
My intention is to obtain faces cube and generate one swf lighter, and make it usable
I tried with all exportation options of Quick Time Pro , but none works.
Any light how i can do this?

Depending on how much resolution you actually require for your project.
I would suggest you take screen captures of the Quicktime.mov and stitch these images to get a new panorama file.
You should be able to get a file around 7000x3500 or larger.

Place the .mov into HTML and gain 100% width and 100% height and start capturing. Try and make some pattern of the capture (shooting) sequence to make stitching easier.

Sam,

What were the input files originally?
Or does CubicConverter just give you .jpg outputs?

See, compiled with freaky Mac software and decompiled with another freaky Mac software package! LOL
