invisible hotspot please help me to remove it

Hi all, its look like basic to me but i looked in the forum and didn't find the solution.
I have a invisible hotspot that i what to remove.
I cant find it only after i generate output.

please help,

Hi,
Click the List view while on that node, I guess it may be added in the Master Node.
