Hi all,
My customer found out that a video in the tour I made doesn't play in Android Chrome (and possibly other browsers). The native Android browser and Android Firefox play the video just fine.
Please see the tour here: https://okijk.nl/projecten/desuite. Go to the study and click the screen to start the video.
The project settings are:
The skin action settings are:
Might this be a Chrome bug? Or do I need to set it up differently?
Kind regards,
Dennis

Hi Dennis
Please try using 6.0.3 or even 6.1 beta.
Lots of tinkering to do with pinned video and sound.

Hi Hopki,
I just updated to 6.1 beta and regenerated the tour. The situation appears to be unchanged.

I can confirm this. Not only do they not play in android chrome but also in chrome desktop.....so we are back to the videos not playing again. The latest stable version with no video issues that I have found (aside from .mov videos not playing at all) is version 6.0.2 https://ggnome.com/download/pano2vr/pan ... _6_0_2.exe
