Hello,
I have a problem displaying on the ios system.
The text is overlap on the map and white part is displayed.
I tried mozilla with firefox and safari browsers and it's the same thing.
Do we have to do something special to use the ios system?

Hi SergePix,
Can you made a light weight project that shows the issue and send it in.
Can then have look at what's going on.
Thinking out aloud, if you swop remove the javascript text box which is adding the polys to the map, do you still get the issue?
Regards,
Hopki

Hello,
I have the same problem with another project but this time using the gallery component, the text, map and logo, overlap on the photo gallery on an Ipad air 2.
On the project, i draw polygon and add text with point hotspot.
I check on an Iphone 10 and it work fine.
I test to put Z index to 255 and nothing change.
I’m out ot idea.

Hi Serge,
I have added this to a bug report we have open.
This is because of the javascript, it breaks the Z-Index.
I will give this a little bump by adding your project to the report.

Hopki

Hello,
I follow this post to see if there is a change in the correction of the problem.
To continue with the same problem, on some ipad it is possible to view 360 videos. But on another Ipad of the same model buy at the same time, the window closes and it is not possible to view the 360 videos.
On these models of Ipad that causes the problem, if we want to display a photo, the window of the photo appears in small.
the problem is the same with Safari and Chrome.

Hi Serge,
This is more of a workaround.
Set every element to z-Index to -5.
Then the elements that get affected by the menu, change their z-index to 5.

Hopki

Ok latest news.
we resolve the video problem. The ios version of the Ipad was not the latest. It seem that the v12 on Ipad had some problem to display 360 video. Our client upgrade to latest version and now 360 video work fine and photo display at the good size on Safari and Chrome.
Firefox for Ipad is not compatible with 360 video.

Hello,
I did some tests and I made a link on a 360 so you can check with your Ipad.
The problem comes from the Hotspot Template: 3D Distortion
When I enable 3D Distortion, the text overlaps the map.
On the 360, I placed a map in the center and added 2 texts under the map. One text with 3D Distortion enable and the other 3D Distortion disable.
Try this on your Ipad or maybe on other IOS device "I didn't test on other IOS device". https://pixair.ca/360/test/

Hi Serge,
What I would suggest is setting up a variable something like "vis_ht".
Then whenever you open a popup you can use a visible logic block and hide the hotspot using the variable.

Hopki
