Offline Standalone App - Videos Don't Load

Q&A about the latest versions

I'm currently making a tour for a client who wants an offline version they can keep on their desktop and take around to sales meetings in places that may not have internet. So I have managed to get the app working fine, except all the videos just have an infinite loading wheel and never play.

The videos play fine when I output the files straight from Pano2VR so it's not a bad link or anything.

I've read that I may need to put in $r or $(r) or $(r)$(hu)? But where exactly do I have to put this?

I've linked the videos using video hotspots with a skin id set to ht_video_file and the link target url set to the individual video files.

I'm using version 6.0.2. I've tried to give as much detail as possible but if there's anything missing let me know.

Hi,
What App are you using?
Try our desktop app, LINK.
I know the tour is not embedded but we support this, the "Desktop App" is third party.

This said the videos should work, in the hotspot are you using $(r)$(hu)?
If you don't have $(r) then this would stop it working.
