Change directory of components

Hi everybody,

in the settings section I can change the directory of skins and HTML Templates. Is there a similar possiblity for components, too?
(Had a system-drive-crash and all my components are gone. :cry: )

Sorry, no, the components directory is not configurable...

Even if its not possible for now, maybe it could be considered as a featureidea for the future... ? :)
