Hi All.

I have searched through the forums and checked the documentation but cannot find out why my floorpan just won't display correctly.
I have created an 800px x 450px png file for the plan and added a map element to a skin and set it the same size. I have added all my nodes and set North etc. but I just cannot get it to display correctly even as a simple plan.

This is what it currently looks like:

I am fairly new to all this so please be gentle.

Thanks.

Hi Charlie!
Odd. Can you please send your floorplan image + skin file to support@ggnome.com
And can i ask, which version of Pano2VR are you using?

Thank you...

Hi again!
Looking at your floorplan image, it seems to be an interlaced png file.
Save your floorplan image again, with 'Interlacing' unchecked, then it should work.

Saving the floorplan as non-interlaced didn't solve my issue.

Have emailed the files through.

Thanks.

Just thinking.... there are 2 popular types of .png (in Photoshop CS6):

.png-8 8bit
.png-24 includes a transparent layer

Which one did you use as "interlaced"

Did you erase the output folder (use the trash can button next to the output folder in the output panel), to make sure all output images are regenerated?

Hi Christophe.

I have now and that definitely improved things. It now works with a jpeg file.

Thanks.

Charlie.
