Garden Gnome Software

I have just published a tour that contains audio and video files that normally work on tablets and desktops.
On the other hand, when I view the tour from a cell phone, the audio clips do not sound, but only the video clips are heard.
It's tha same on IOS and Android.
Suggestion?

Can you let me know the file type you are using.
Maybe send one of your files.
What devices have t=you tested with?

the files I'm using are mp3
On android phone appear (on the phone) in the upper corner left an icon of volume but I cant' hear anything.

the files that do not work are those to the right of the main view, on the sign with red icon and the background one entering the church with the arrow "entra in chiesa"
