Can I change a text variable when I edit a tourhotspot?
or is there a possibility, pan01 active, textvariable = a, pan02 active, textvariable = b, ...
or do I have to make my own hotspot id for the individual panoramas?

Hi,
Why not use a tag, then you can use a text box logic block.
So node one as tag A, node two has tag B.
The text box logic block will be:
Tags, Contain, A: Text = xxxx
