With the help of Hopki's instructions I tried to add two room plans to my virtual tour.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQ4JJpJiVSQ

There are a few problems.

The first room plan shows a pin that doesn't belong there.
Where does it come from and how can I remove it?
The pin disappears at the third panorama and doesn't appear when going backwards to panorama 2 and 1.

Another problem is the radar that points in the opposite direction in Panorama 10.
This panorama now also lacks the reverse hotspot.

I haven't found a solution how to make the pins smaller.

In Hopki's solution, which he shows at the end of his tutorial video, the action: Go to next panorama caused all links in the map to be lost.
I did not find an identical action name in the German version.

I would be happy to receive your suggestions for solutions.

Thank you, Sanny, your hint was helpful. Problem is solved.

Hi Panox,

the unwanted pin 1 and 2 is pin "C" from your floorplan of the first floor. It is visible behind the Ground Floor plan. You can use visibility to hide it, when the tag does noch contain Erster_Stock (pic: visibility)

I cant reproduce your problem with the radar beam and the back-hotspot. For me it is visible and points in the right direction when I open your project. (pic: radar)

I dont know how to make the red original pin smaller - had a quick search in your skins tree but could not find it there. I took another graphic from your folder output/images, followed Hopkis Tutorial and it works. ;)

Thank you, Sanny, the Logic Block was the key.

I added the tag "outdoor" to panoramas 1 and 2 and set the visibility of Floorplan 1 and 2 to false with this tag. The same for the floorplan-button.

Now the tour seems to be working:
