Master Node disappears when changing projection

Hi there.
I'm new to the Pano2VR world and currently playing a little bit.
Most of the functions are already quite clear to me. But one thing I still couldn't found out yet.
I copied the silhouette_v6 skin and started to modify it. I added a hotspot with a link to a website and logo which changes on mouse over etc. in the master node. It's working fine so far and appears in every panorama of the tour. But if I change the projection view from stereographic to fisheye or/and rectilinear the hotspot disappears and returns when I'm back to the stereographic view.
It must have something to do with a logic block, right? But what function is it?
