Pano 2vr 6: Skin - htNode

Within my skin I have a PNG file for the active and normal hotspot node. see attached. When I generate output I can see and interact with this hotspot node on the web, however others outside my business can't see the hotspot. All outputs have been uploaded to my website and are not linked to my system. The visibility is true
Any suggestions to make this hotspot visible by others?
