360° video format

hallo,
i tried different types of 360°video formats to input them in pano2vr.
but within the programm i can import it , but i only get the audio, one extracted picture and no preview (only black screen in the preview window)
also if i make the html 5 output it get only one still picture

here is the original mp4 format of my mijia sphere:

i work on pano2vr 6 windows. have a lot of codecs on my win 10, and also tried, as i said, to convert the file in other codecs but dont get a satisfying result.
(i am trying this (since version 5) over the month again and again but never got an good result)

someone a hint for me for the right codec, or how to convert a mijia sphere video file so that it works?

Hi wiso,
Windows can not natively display high quality video, it needs the K Lite Codec pack.
This can be downloaded Here.
What you get is you see the frame in Pano2VRs viewer but black window on play.
This is will fix this if this is the issue.

FYI, on a MAC,
So I would suggest it's a codec problem.
Have you tried running it through Photoshop or HandBrake?

yes i see,
its a tragic!

on win it want not work. please see my video.

if i doubleklick the file it plays 360°. if i import it - as descibed...
the K Lite Codec is installed. i had converted it with handbrake in a lot of different formats...
(and my mac is not so powerful to make a tour within videos)

i am amazed that i am realy the only one who has this problem?!

I have sent Thomas a video of my QooCam. He managed to solve the problem with an update V. 6.0.1.
