Can anyone tell me why my panorama is slow on google chrome on my desktop but very fast and smooth on my android phone?

It was working nice before but I've updated the tour and the different panorama's from 6000x3000 pixels to 8000x4000 pixels but I don't know why it's slow on desktop and smooth on smartphones, it should be slow everywhere if the resolution was the problem no?
here you can see how it was working before:

hardware:
desktop
i7-3770k
16gb of RAM
2x GTX1080ti
or
laptop
i7
16gb of ram
gtx980m
fullscreen or not is the same problem. And I don't think it's hardware related because before it was responsive and it does the same on both my computers. It seems like on the computer it's waiting to be fully loaded before being able to rotate around or click on another hotspot while on the smartphone it's responsive directly even if the panorama doesn't seem fully loaded at full high res.
Is there a setting to change to make it responsive on the desktop even when the full high resolution version is not yet fully loaded?

Using your link on my MacBook Pro all is ok and not seeing any issues!
Is it still the same after being exported with Pano2VR 6.0.0.

There was some optimisation done in 6.0.0.Is there a setting to change to make it responsive on the desktop even when the full high resolution version is not yet fully loaded?
