Image Hotspot Won't Load

I've published my tour but find that the two image hotspots I've added to one of the panos won't load. When I click the image icon in the published pano, the dulled screen with X appears and a circle of ever-spinning dots appears and goes nowhere. What is the resolution for this?

I found a possible solution to this issue. You must check if the file name of the image have an accent and remove it.
It's all.
