Hot Spots and Street View

If one has already set up hot spots in a multi tour and want to then submit to Street View, what is the workflow? How do you delete hot spots. I have had some with pad locks which will not delete and the explanation mark says they are corrupted or incomplete..I forget what the warning said, but I couldn't delete one on one particular image, even when I removed it and re loaded it into the tour
