Reuse Patches

Hi,
I have to rebuild a tour with the same images. Only the meta data inside the images was removed.
I do have the old patches folder - is there a way to reuse those files without having the manually place them into each an every pano of the tour?
The do have the coordinates in their name - like "DSC_9912_3_6 Panorama_patch__p276_74_t-79_28_r86_08_f70_9817".
I was able to select them manually - but if the size of the patch is not the default square Pano2VR will not resize the patch after loading.
Any ideas?
