Add Video To TV?

Hi All,
Total noob with Pano2VR. So far I really like the simplicity and GUI layout.....things are pretty self explanatory for the most part without much need to google anything for answers.
HOWERVER.....
How in the HeeEEeeelllll do you add a video to a screen or tv located in your pano? I see the option to add video under "Elements" of the GUI which I have done successfully aside from the fact that getting the dimensions right is a nightmare along with the "yellow" overlay that makes it near impossible to see what you are doing.
Am I missing something? It seems that adding a video to a tv screen should be a lot simpler than what I am experiencing. I can recall that when using Panotour, Tourweaver or FFC that all you needed to do was create a polygonal hotspot and then add the media.
I am probably just missing something super obvious.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
EDIT:
Just found that setting properties/mode/static made the yellow overlay go away 1 down!
EDIT: EDIT:
Well.....now with the yellow overlay gone, it's was very easy to get the video properly placed Thanks all!
