problems with browser cache to check pano on server

I am getting rid of all references to Flash in my panos, so redoing all of them and uploading new versions to server. I have tried every trick I could find online to empty the cache of Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari (working on Windows 7 PC) I have tried nuking everything, including browser history etc. And STILL the browsers are trying to load the old version with "Prefer Flash", even though all files have been replaced on the server. I tried renaming the xml file, also tried to rename the xml file AND the index file, to no avail. Here is an example of a small vr tour that I redid: http://www.sphericalpanoramas.com/casino_vrtour/
Is there something else I can do?

It works for you because it was not cached by your browser yet. But in my case, I have accessed my website many times while rebuilding it, and found out that it is practically impossible to empty the cache in such a case. I have followed all the instructions online to empty the cache on Chrome, Safari, Opera, Firefox, and Pale Moon (a Firefox fork) and still the browsers try to access the Flash version of which there are no remnants left on the server. I have tried renaming the xml file, and afterwards the xml file as well as the index file, but I can only get it to work when I copy the same set of files and folders to a completely new directory.

For Safari how are you clearing the cache?
Never had a problem with it.

On Safari: Developer>Empty Caches. I have also tried to nuke all browser history data. On Chrome: Chrome Button>More Tools>Clear Browsing Data> Advanced> and then I choose Browsing History, Cookies and other site data, and Cached Images. For good measure I then also reboot the browser and still it will show the remnants of the old tour on a black background. When I click on the gallery button, the olde mini gallery which I have since changed, will pop up.

That finally did it! After some more digging, I also found the Safari cache database file on Windows:
C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\Safari\Cache.db I deleted that and now it finally shows the new version of the vr tour. Thanks!
For Chrome I have not found a way yet to delete only the cached images and other data from a specific website without nuking everything.
