pop up picture in portrait format

hello and good evening,
if i have a picture in portrait format,

it always pops up in landscape - regardless if the basis picture is landscape or portrait.

i can turn the picture hotspot in the correct position, thats ok. but can i adjust that the popup (100%) picture is in the right format.

Hi wiso,
Iv only ever seen this if the meta data of the image is a bit screwed up.
As a test open in Photoshop, make sure its in the correct orientation then save for web.
Or can you post the image?

While in Photoshop during SAVE for WEB be sure to select option for META Data: ALL
Otherwise your meta data or the data about the image might be removed from the image
