I need to change the level of the video created for theta v 4K, I saw the video with youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZ8HQU22rFM
but I can after creating the html to see the video and then edit it (minute 1:45).

i use Pano2VR 6

Are there any other ways to modify it?

When you say level do you mean the Pitch and Roll?
Can you give a bit more information.

Maybe?
Pitch = image tilt up or down from image center point - looking up or down
Roll = image roll left or right from image center point

Pitch = value 0 - points level to center point on horizon
Roll = value 0 - keeps image level

I am assuming you can not open your 360 video in Pano2VR.
But please can you give a bit more descriptive with the problem.
