I may have found a bug.
I have a still image in the Tour Browser that I'm using to placehold until an 'Input Video' (Panel: 'Properities-Input') loads and launches. I set the 'Input Image:/Type:' to 'Flat.' When I output and view, the image looks fine and the video starts but I ONLY get audio. The video does not replace the still image.
If I set the 'Type' to anything other than 'Flat' , 'Equirectangular' for example, everything functions normally. The still (although distorted) is visible and once the video loads it appears and runs as expected.
All of the 'Types' work except 'Flat.'

HI,
You have not said what version you are using, but regardless you can not do this, if you have a 360 video then you need to use a frame from the video or any other Equirectangular image, not Flat.
In V6 beta adding a 360 video will automatically add an equirectangular image and also allow you to seek for a new one if its not nice.
Regards,
Hopki
