i am still running Version: 4.5.3 pro 64bit
i have a virtual tour done 2 years ago .. and placed on wordpress website using iframe.
Recently, the embedded MOV media file is not working .. video does not play.
Plse advise how to solve this problem

Hi,
I have already answered in the support e-mail but for those following this post the problems is due to the browser not auto starting media.
There needs to be a play button to start the media, I suggest a "splash" screen that when clicked and closed it starts the media.
Also in this day and age use MP4 as this is supported by most of the common browsers.
