Hello,

I developed a tour with the latest beta version of Pano2vr 6 and we are encountering a bug on chrome Macos when the cross-disolve transition is activated.
As soon as you click on a hotspot, chrome get stuck and after some minutes, throw a script timeout error.

How can I solve this?

With kind regards,

Olivier

Hi Olivier,
Do you have a link to a project that shows this?
Cheers,

Hi Oliver,
Tested with your link and all seems fine this end!
Browser: Google Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)
On Mac running macOS High Sierra 10.13.5
Can you do a screen recording?
Do you have any browser plugins running?
Regards,
Hopki

Hi Hopki,

It is pretty complicated to have this information from my client.
I have asked him to give me the information about OS and Chrome version.
I will keep you informed.

With kind regards,

Olivier

Hi Olivier,
I do appreciate what your saying but testing here on my Macs, Mac Pro and Mac Book Pro and Chrome all is ok and very smooth transitions.
So I am thinking this may be a local problem.

Don't know if any other Mac users on the forum have tested your link, that would be good if they can and share the results.
Do you see the problem?
Regards,
Hopki
