Pano2VR6 Beta 3 360 Video

This is a question about Pano2VR6 64 bit beta 3. I am trying to create a Video tour. when I drop a mp4 file onto the display window, I get a error message saying "The format of a media resource isn't supported. codec missing? However the same 360 video plays without any problem in media player or other software. Can somebody throw a light on this?

We have to support browsers and most support MP4.
What file type are you using?
