I'm having issues with a tour I produced a while back.
It was previously running absolutely fine on iOS devices - specifically iPhone 6plus, iPad Air2, but I'm now having issues with it.
The tour (the first pano) loads ok, but I'm no longer able to move the panos around (by dragging a finger over the screen) - the one which loads first is suck in it's start position.
When viewed on a computer everything works fine.
Any thoughts/suggestions/fixes much appreciated.
Problems with iOS viewing…
Hi,
Yes software update in iOS screwed it up. V5 or V6 beta generate a working version of the pano2vr_player.js file. Or you can send an email to support@ggnome.com requesting an updated 4.5.3 version.

Hi,
This is a know problem.
Apple broke the player with iOS 10.3.
Replace the pano2vr_player.js file on your server with one from Pano2VR 5.2.3 and all will work again.
Regards,
Hopki
