V6b Win10- "View->Show Off-Canvas Elements" not staying checked.

BUG: The option of View->Show Off-Canvas Elements does not stay "checked" after closing skin editor window.

All other "check marked" options retain their state between closing and opening the skin editor window except "Show Off-Canvas Elements"
