I have plotted nodes onto a floor plan, and then positioned the floor plan onto the World Map... and the way the nodes lay out on the World Map is truly bizarre:
Nodes on Floor Plan
Floor Plan on World Map
Nodes on World Map
Issue: V6 beta: nodes different on map than on floor plan

Hi,
Why not select one of the other maps.
You can also change the default map of in the settings.

I think you may be missing my point... the nodes are not translating their positions correctly onto the world map when mapped to a plan that is mapped to the world map. In fact, I have no idea how their locations on the world map are being selected as I had not set any of their locations using the world map.

Hummm, ok I have just tested this and for me its ok?
Can I ask in the Floor Plan properties, is Nodes Anchor GPS to floor plan selected
Also the map pin in the floor plan, select each map pin and it the lower "GPS from Map " Red or Blue?
Just trying to think what could cause this.

Hopki

"Nodes: ☑ Anchor GPS to floor plan" is checked
All nodes show "GPS from Map" as blue.
Also: I have a number of nodes that I have not yet placed onto the floor plan, but have decided they should be on the world map (they're all at the blue pin by "Hart's" in my last image.)

Hi,
The "GPS from Map" marker should be Red.
If it is blue you can move the map pin on the floor plan to wherever you like but it will not effect its position in the map.
Select this so its Red and the position change in the floor plan will effect its position on the map.

Hopki

That fixed it. For some reason, when I had discovered the "GPS from Map" I had assumed blue would be color for map to gps. Thank you!
