Hi,
I've updated the original tutorial on posting 360˚ panoramas to twitter for Version 5.2.3 and it's live at
https://tonyredhead.squarespace.com/pan ... noramas-v5
In this step-by-step tutorial I take you through the requirements and workflow of posting a 360˚ Panorama to a Twitter Tweet. In it I provide downloadable asset files you can use to follow along with. The tutorial contains information about the Twitter player card, the meta tags required, domain whitelisting, and Twitter Card Validator. The result works for both single and multi node tours.
Here's a sample single pano Twitter post
https://twitter.com/tonyredhead/status/ ... 2718715905 and a multi node Twitter post
https://twitter.com/tonyredhead/status/ ... 5203496961
As always feedback, comments and any issues found are welcomed.
cheers,
Tony

7. In the 'Output/HTML' section load the twitter-tutorial.ggt file as the Template (figure #2)
8. In the 'Edit Template' window (accessed by clicking on the spanner and screwdriver icon) check 'include gyroscope control:' (figure #3)
Thank you, Tony, here are no parameters to checkmark:

Hi Harald,
I'm not sure why you aren't seeing the Template Parameters, When I click on the small button to the right of the 'Template' dropdown a new window 'HTML Template' opens up and I can check the gyro control in there.

Hi Tony
The first example doesn't work for me on Chrome or Firefox (on Mac).

Does it need updating or is this an issue at my end?

Thanks for the heads up on that.
The server that host my tonyredhead.photography site changed to a new server that is case sensitive. I had some lowercase folder names in the meta data tags that were in upper case on the server. I just had to change the twitter.html tags to match.
There were a couple of other tweets that weren't working either but all are good now.
cheers,
tony

Hello Tony, great work with twitter integration fo rversion 5. I recently upgraded to V6 and it seems the twitter template doesn't work with it. Can you verify if this is so? Or my system is just bugging.

Amazing! I'm looking forward to trying this. Couldn't get the first one to work with Mac Safari but the second is great!
