Hi,
I'm testing an animation with inside a video mp4.
In Chrome, Firefox and Safari (on Win, Mac or Linux) is all ok, more or less.
My problems born when I try to Explorer and Edge, video is extremely "pixel".
There's someone that meet this problem ?
Other problem is on mobile, where is not possible to see mp4 into pano.
( Sorry for my bad english )
Problem mp4 in different browsers
In the inspector of browser, I see this:
element {
max-width: none;
pointer-events: none;
position: absolute;
left: 960px;
top: 227.5px;
width: 100px;
height: 100px;
transform-origin: 0% 0% 0px;
visibility: visible;
transform: perspective(219px) translate3d(0px, 0px, 219px) rotateZ(0deg) rotateX(-5.09002deg) rotateY(162.7deg) rotateY(-523.88deg) rotateX(0.1deg) translate3d(0px, 0px, -50px) rotateZ(0deg) rotateY(0deg) rotateX(0deg) translate3d(-50px, -50px, 0px);
}
Video is reduced from ggnome in 100px and after trasformated.

Hi,
I tested with Edge and IE11 and see the same thing.
Can I ask you to send in your project to support@ggnome.com.
So Pano, p2vr file and video.
I can then test oared and have something for the dev's to look at.
Regards,
Hopki

Hi,
It was found to be the MP4 encoding.
Which software did you use?
I would recommend using HandBrake to encode the video to Web.
Use preset iPad then you can change your video size and make sure you set for Web, this helps the video stream.
