Hi,
You can use HandBrake to optimise your MP4's.
I use the iPad preset which uses the file extension MP4 and select Web optimisation (RED).
Then Select the Video tab (GREEN)
Then set the size you want (BLUE)
Note in this case I wanted 2048 x 1024 so I had to change the Modulus to 4.
This effects how divisible the video will be.
