When I use Chrome to view my tour on-line everything works as expected. If I use Safari 11.0.2 with my Mac Book Pro the on-line tour is only white (no tiles visable). Hotspots and skin elements are visible and working. Safari and Local Host works. The tour works well on my Ipad.

I have tinkered with my Safari preferences with no success. Any idea what could cause this?

Regards
Russ

Hi Russ,

Do you have a link so we can take a look?

Here is the link. I have other tours on my website that work fine. I have not done anything to this tour that I can recall. It has worked in the past. I see the hotspots revolving around when I move it with my mouse. Just no image.

Hi Russ,
I see your using a player from 5.2.0.
You need to upgrade Pano2VR 5.2.3 and use the player from this build.
Just export any project and then copy the pano2vr_player.js file to your server replacing the old one.
This IS a bug in Safari, but we wrote a workaround in the 5.2.3 player.

Hi,

Not sure if you applied the fix suggested by Hopki or not but I'm viewing on a MacBook Pro, Safari 11.0.2 and the tour is working for me. I also checked on other devices and it seems to be fine.

Hi Guys,
As a bit more information with Apples bug.
If your on a Mac book with dual graphics cards the integrated card works fine.
If you were to open Pano2VR as an example or video editing software you will see that the Mac Book will switch to the High Pref card.
Now you will only see a blank window in the Safari browser with skin elements after a refresh.

Close Pano2VR and refresh the browser and the pano will reappear.
Also the pano should show with the High Pref card in fullscreen.

To see what card you are using go to the activate monitor and select the Energy tab.

If you swop out the player with one from 5.2.3 this it will work regardless which card is being used.
Cheers,
Hopki
