Pano2vr - pinned video

Hi Hopki
I'm having an issue via mobile phone devices only and NOT ipad/tablets.
I have a pinned video in my 360VRs which wont play on my Samsung Galaxy 7 via
mobile internal browser or chrome.
Amy way of me rectifying problem?
