Hi,

I've search the forum for something similar and found a post in the object2VR that sounds the same (not possible to turn objects).
( viewtopic.php?t=11926 )

The problem is that the loaded tour does not respond to swiping, the buttons can be clicked (hotspots and skin buttons) , pinch zoom works, but when trying to look around the panorama stays in the viewing angle the pano was loaded in.

This is only a problem with tours that are build with older pano2VR versions but I'm still trying to find out more which version are affected. Tours created with Pano2VR 5.1 beta are the latest I've noticed the problem. And this only occurs on all my Apple devices (iPad Air 2, iPhone 7 and 6s) running iOS 10.3.1 with the latest Safari and Firefox browser. The only browser I noticed does work is Chrome.
What also works is the gyro in the VR version of these tours, but also here no swiping.

These affected tours are working normally on a Windows 10 pro desktop with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge

When regenerating these older tours with 5.2 beta3 the problem is gone, but it would be a welcome fix if this could be fixed inside the existing tour files.

Underneath a view tours with there version numbers

I think I found a workaround, by replacing the old pano2vr_player.js with a newer version from 5.2 beta 3 I can make it function again.
But I have no idea if it will break something anywhere else on different platforms or browsers ....

Hi Arjan,
We saw this coming and made the fix in 5.1 and on.
It should be fine to just replace the player.
